If you have a vet bay parking permit, you can renew it online.
Before you start
You must renew your permit before it runs out.
If it has expired, you will need to apply for a new one.
Cost
Vet bay parking permit costs £850 for 12 months.
You will need
- Permit number
- Registration number, colour, make and model of vehicle
- Vet practice letter, to confirm permission to use the vet bay
- Credit or debit card
Uploading supporting documents
You will be asked to upload the vet practice letter.
- Accepted file types: Word (docx), Acrobat (pdf), Excel (xlsx), Plain text (txt)
- Zip files cannot be uploaded
- We also accept photos taken on phones and tablets and the following image file types - jpeg, gif, png
- There is a maximum individual file size per document of 50MB
What happens next
You will get a renewal confirmation in My Account, within 10 working days. You can continue to park in the vet bay once the renewal of your permit has been confirmed in My Account.
Vehicle specific permits are virtual (paperless), so you do not need to display anything.
Permits that are not for a specific vehicle, will be printed and posted out to the vet practice address, as they will need to be displayed. You will not be able to park in the vet bay until you have received your permit.
