If you have a premium parking permit, you can renew it online.
Before you start
You must renew your permit before it runs out. If it has expired, you will need to apply for a new one.
Some homes within a CPZ fall within the low-car housing scheme (LCHS). If your home is part of a LCHS development, you are not eligible to apply for a premium parking permit.
Cost
Premium parking permit costs £1,100 for 12 months
If your application is rejected for any of the following (non-exhaustive) reasons, an administrative fee of £18 will apply:
- your address falls within a Low Car Housing Scheme (LCHS)
- you give false or misleading information
- you do not respond to requests for clarification within 14 days
You will need
- Permit number
- Credit or debit card
What happens next
You will get a renewal confirmation in My Account, within 10 working days. You can continue to park in the controlled parking zone once the renewal of your permit has been confirmed in My Account.
Permits are virtual (paperless), so you do not need to display anything in your vehicle.
This form should take approximately 3 minutes to complete.
