Use this form to change the vehicle details on your doctor bay permit.
Before you start
You can only change your vehicle if you have a valid doctor bay parking permit.
Changing your vehicle costs £10.
You will need
- Permit number
- Registration number, colour, make and model of vehicle
- Credit or debit card.
What happens next
Once you have updated your permit, you will get a confirmation in My Account, within 10 working days. You will then be able to park the new vehicle in the doctor’s bay once it has been confirmed in My Account.
Vehicle specific permits are virtual (paperless), so you do not need to display anything.
Permits that are not for a specific vehicle, will be printed and posted out to the surgery address, as they will need to be displayed.
You will not be able to park in the doctor’s bay until you have received your permit.
