Use this form to change the vehicle details on your professional carers permit.
Before you start
You can only change your vehicle if you have a valid carers professional parking permit.
Changing your vehicle costs £10.
You will need
- Permit number
- Company letter
- Registration number, colour, make and model of vehicle
- Vehicle registration document (V5C), sometimes called a log book
- Credit or debit card.
What happens next
Once you have updated your permit, you will get a confirmation in My Account, within 10 working days. You will then be able to park the new vehicle in the controlled parking zone once it has been confirmed in My Account.
Permits are virtual (paperless), so you do not need to display anything in your vehicle.
