Apply for a car park parking permit

You can apply for a car park permit, sometimes called a season ticket, if you want to regularly park in one of the council-owned car parks.

Before you start

Make sure you choose the correct car park and length of time needed.

The number of car park permits available is limited; they are issued on a ‘first come first served’ basis. We offer permit parking at these car parks:

  • Featherstone Terrace car park
  • George Street car park
  • Greenford Broadway car park
  • Hebert Road car park
  • Perivale car park
  • Salisbury Street car park
  • Southall Market car park
  • Springbridge Road multi-storey car park (Springbridge road car park permit holders can only park on the third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh floors. You may get a penalty charge notice if you park on the first or second floor).

You will need

  • Registration number, colour, make and model of vehicle
  • Credit or debit card.

What happens next

You will get confirmation of your new permit reference number in My Account, within 10 working days.

Permits are virtual (paperless), so you do not need to display anything in your vehicle.

You will be able to park in the car park from the start date of your permit, once it has been confirmed in My Account.

This form should take approximately four minutes to complete.
