Your weekly payment includes both your rent and service charges.
Paying your rent
You can pay your rent either with a standing order from your bank or by making a bank transfer. The account you need to pay into is:
- Account name: Broadway Living RP Limited
- Sort code: 30 80 12
- Account number: 21270868
- Reference number: You need to use your tenancy reference number, without this we cannot allocate your payment to your rent account. You can find this in your welcome letter or if you are not sure please contact your lettings and property manager.
Checking your rent account
You can request a statement for your rent account or get a current balance by speaking to your lettings and property manager.
Help with paying the rent
You may qualify for Universal Credit or Housing Benefit if you are struggling to pay your rent. You can speak to your lettings and property manager for more information. If you are a making a new claim for Universal Credit go to: www.gov.uk/apply-universal-credit
Falling behind with the rent
If you have arrears on your rent account, it is important to speak to your lettings and property manager as soon as possible. We can help. The longer you leave it the more difficult it will be to manage. If you don’t speak to anyone, you could be putting your home at risk.
