London Living Wage business rate discount

What is the London Living Wage?

The London Living Wage is a voluntary hourly rate of pay calculated by the Greater London Authority each year. It represents the minimum rate that an individual would need to be paid to cover the basic costs of living in London.

Ealing Council is proud to have been accredited by the Living Wage Foundation as a living wage employer since 2013.

Under Ealing Council’s London Living Wage business rate discount scheme the first 100 eligible businesses, charities and other organisations who are accredited by the Living Wage Foundation will be able to offset the cost of two years’ accreditation with a discount from their business rate account.
