Ealing council, in collaboration with Acton Business Improvement District (BID), Make It Ealing and InWest Ealing, is carrying out a survey to understand the impact of the COVID19 pandemic on businesses in the borough.
The survey is for all business owners operating within the London Borough of Ealing, including those working from business premises (with a rateable value), as well as individuals who are self-employed or who do freelance work. Results from the survey will be invaluable in shaping our support and assistance to local businesses in order to address the pandemic’s impact.
Please take part in the survey before 31 May 2020.
Please note that if your business qualifies and is eligible for business rate relief and or any grants available as stipulated by the Treasury, Ealing’s business rates department will be able to identify you through their records and will aim to remunerate what you are eligible for from 1 April 2020. If however, you believe that your business should qualify but you do not receive a revised bill by 30 April you should contact the business rates team at businessratesteam@ealing.gov.uk or telephone 020 8825 7020.
