There is a weekly or monthly charge for temporary accommodation.  

If you get housing benefit, you may still need to pay part of the cost yourself.

How to pay

You need your 13 to15-digit account number when making a payment.

You can:

• pay online using the temporary accommodation payment service
• use the automated payment line on 0208 825 8346
• use the allpay app
• contact us on 020 8825 8888
• use the barcode invoice payment system at the Post Office or PayPoint outlet
• use the swipe card payment system at the Post Office or PayPoint outlet
• set up a standing order for a regular payment to:
