Help someone who is sleeping rough
We work with StreetLink to help find people sleeping rough and connect them with support.
How to get help
If you know someone is sleeping on the streets in Ealing borough:
- give the exact location, not just the street or park name)
- tell us when you saw the person and how often you have seen them give a brief description them
Tell Streetlink about someone sleeping rough
StreetLink will pass the information to the local outreach team, who will try to find the person and give them support.
Rough sleeping in very cold weather
When the temperatures are very low, we run our severe weather emergency protocol (SWEP). This gives shelter for people sleeping on the streets.
Outreach staff offer support and shelter. If you see someone sleeping rough in severe weather, contact Streetlink
