Apply by post or email - blue badge holders
You can only apply by post or email if you hold a valid blue badge.
You will need
- proof of address (dated within the last three months. For example, a copy of your council tax bill or utility bill (gas, electric, water) or copy of your bank statement or wage slips).
- vehicle ownership (V5C) or mobility documents
- copy of both sides of your blue badge
