You can report abandoned bikes, including electric bikes.
Before you start
Do not complete this form if it’s a hire bike for example Lime or Santander bike.
You will need to contact the hire company.

We will need to know the following information about the bike to be able to deal with the problem:
- bike location (including nearest door number of landmark for example street)
- make and model
- colour of the bike
- photo
Uploading supporting documents
We may ask you to upload some documents. For example, a photo of the bike.
- Accepted file types: Word (docx), Acrobat (pdf), Excel (xlsx), Plain text (txt)
- Zip files can't be uploaded
- We also accept photos taken on phones and tablets and the following image file types - jpeg, gif, png
- There is a maximum individual file size per document of 50MB.
What happens next
An inspector will look into your report.
