We are only able to accept credit/debit card payments over the telephone between 9am and 4.30pm on weekdays.
If you cancel a treatment, and a refund is payable, that refund will be paid less a booking fee of £20.

Where a householder is an owner occupier, and in receipt of full 100% council tax benefit, all treatments are charged at 50% of the standard rate.
Any household will be able to claim only one concessionary treatment in any 12-month period. Additional treatments for any pest will be charged at the standard rate.

Subject to demand, this service will be available during peak periods in the summer for early evening and Saturday appointments.

Treatment for rats can be internal and external, for mice treatment is internal only. Baits are removed during the final visit. The pest control officer will provide on-site advice regarding children and pet safety together with general housekeeping and verbal rodent-proofing advice. |

The pest control officer will provide on-site advice regarding children and pet safety together with general housekeeping advice. We carry out bedbug treatments in domestic properties only. An advice sheet on the correct method of preparation will be sent following booking. The treatment consists of spraying an insecticide which works rapidly and kills most insects on contact. It will continue to work for up to two months. It is recommended that you vacuum all carpets before the treatment and avoid vacuuming again for at least two weeks. |
Fleas | One |
The pest control officer will provide an insecticide spray treatment to get rid of fleas. He will also provide on-site advice regarding children and pet safety together with general housekeeping advice. Ealing Council will only treat fleas in domestic properties. This includes all domestic living accommodation and garages. |
Wasps | One |
The officer will provide on-site advice regarding children and pet safety together with general housekeeping advice. Old nests will not be removed as they will not be occupied again in subsequent years. |

In Ealing Council properties, treatments are also provided for squirrels and tropical ants, in addition to those treatments listed above.
