Make your exercise count using our new distance marker routes. Distance marker routes in the borough's parks give you the opportunity to walk, jog or run a set distance usually around the perimeter of a park
Many parks also have a variety of easy to use outdoor gym equipment so you can exercise outdoors in the fresh air. People can use these facilities anytime during normal park opening hours.
