Shrub and rose beds
Shrub and rose beds are maintained to keep them clean and tidy all year and pruned twice each year; once in summer and once in winter.
Seasonal bedding displays
All seasonal bedding is changed twice yearly in June and October, and maintained to keep them clean and tidy all year round. During dry periods it may be necessary to irrigate seasonal beds. We try to reduce the amount of water that we apply by increasingly making use of drought tolerant plants in displays, and by watering either early in the morning or evening, and using water-retaining crystals at the time of planting.
