School business managers (SBMs)
SBMs are responsible for the strategic and operational management of a number of areas within the school and the role has a set of professional standards that have been developed by the Institute of School Leaders (ISBL) which offers support and training to its members.
Training
- SBM qualifications
There are a variety of qualifications available to new and experienced SBMs.
Courses can be via an apprenticeship route or by other programmes that will lead to formal qualifications and accreditation in finance, hurman resources and business management.
- Ealing SBMs
At Ealing we offer a range of courses (accredited and non accredited) and network sessions which aim to support SBMs in their roles.
