What to do after Year 11

Leaving Year 11 is an important milestone, as young people move on to post-16 education, training or employment.

To help them choose the right next step, Ealing Council and the Ealing Learning Partnership (ELP) have created a post-16 route planner. The guide explains the different options available after Year 11, including sixth forms, colleges, apprenticeships and training programmes. It also signposts sources of support for young people, parents and carers.

We offer a wide range of learning and training opportunities to help young people gain the skills, qualifications and experience they need for further education, employment and future careers.
