There are certain landlord responsibilities regarding energy efficiency that must be fulfilled, including the provision and maintenance of a working heating system, with new government requirements due within the next few years.
Help is also available from larger energy suppliers for vulnerable customers who are having difficulty paying their fuel bills. Please contact the Healthy Homes Ealing team via the freephone helpline on 0800 083 2265 (available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm) for help managing arrears, information and signing up for the Warm Homes Discount, and to ensure that you are in receipt of all benefit and assistance available to your family.
