What we do

Our supported housing service is designed to help residents live independently while ensuring stability and security. We focus on:

  • providing person-centred support tailored designed by the tenant to enable them to reach their aims and goals in life
  • assisting with budgeting, managing tenancies, and accessing benefits
  • encouraging social activities, learning opportunities, and employment prospects
  • offering ongoing support for a smooth transition into general needs housing

Our housing schemes create a safe, structured environment where tenants can build essential life skills, connect with the community, and move towards independence.

How we support tenants

We offer floating support services to help residents develop independence while maintaining a secure tenancy. Our support includes:

  • tenancy management – helping tenants understand their rights, responsibilities, and financial commitments
  • mental health and wellbeing – coordinating with care teams, providing crisis support, and promoting access to health services
  • independent living skills – budgeting, cooking, home maintenance, and self-care guidance
  • risk management and safeguarding – identifying risks, raising concerns, and working with safeguarding teams
  • repairs and maintenance support – advocating for timely property repairs
  • community engagement – helping tenants build support networks and reduce isolation
  • education and employment: Supporting the tenants to access employment and education opportunities to build for their future
  • transition planning – supporting tenants as they move into general needs housing

Our person-centred approach makes sure that tenants receive the support that they want, promoting independence, resilience, and social inclusion.
