Key contacts to report an issue

To report:

  • a repair that the council is responsible for telephone 0800 181 744 or 020 8825 5682
  • an emergency or to make an insurance claim you will need to contact Protector Insurance on 0161 274 9077 or email claims@protectorinsurance.co.uk. Report all claims as soon as possible, even if the cause of damage is not fixed. Provide full details within 30 days of opening the claim (7 days for riot or malicious damage). Include supporting evidence in writing. Contact the police in case of theft or malicious damage
  • communal heating or hot water failures, contact housing repairs on 020 8825 5682
  • an insect or rodent infestation, contact pest control on 020 8825 6644
  • a lost door entry key fob and to request a new one, contact caretaking services, you will need to pay to receive a new fob
  • issues of damp and mould affecting your property, email damp&mould@ealing.gov.uk. We may to carry out a survey to find out the cause
  • gas leaks call Transco on 0800 111 999
