Rent statement and variation notice
We will send you a rent statement every 3 months in:
- February
- May
- August
- November
Your rent statement will show:
- your weekly gross rent
- any housing benefit or Universal Credit payments
- your weekly net rent due
- the payments you have made since your last statement
- any other adjustments
- the balance on your account
You can check your rent balance and view statements any time using My Account
Before making any changes to your rent charges, we will give you 28 days written notice explaining the new charges and the start date.
