Direct debits can be set up for weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments.
Before you start
You should only complete this form if you are a council tenant and hold a current bank account.
You will need
- Rent account reference number (13-digit number). You will find this on your rent arrears letter, rent account statement or notice of variation.
- Name of bank account holder
- Name and full postal address of your bank or building society
- Bank or building society account number and sort code.
What happens next
We will pass this onto allpay to process your request. The company allpay manages direct debits for Ealing Council. We aim to set up your direct debit within 10 working days. You will get a letter from allpay confirming your direct debit payment schedule. Please check My Transactions for updates.
