We will:
- Send all leaseholders and service charge paying freeholders a Homeowner handbook
- Hold a Leasehold Forum at least four times a year
- Send an estimated service charge bill before the end of March each year
- Send a final account each September to cover the previous financial year
- Send you a service charge statement every January and July
- Provide information about paying service charges and offer various methods of payment
- Send out pre-sale and remortgage packs within ten working days, to help you sell or remortgage your property
- Send leaseholders a building insurance certificate each year
- Consult leaseholders individually on service contracts that last more than 12 months, and where the individual contribution is expected to be over £100
- Consult leaseholders individually on major works that are planned for your building or estate and provide details of the works and estimated costs
