Housing estate community centre charges
The table below outlines the charges and rates per hour of hire for our centres.
There is a minimum booking required of at least one hour. If you need a centre for an hour and a half, you will need to book it for 2 hours.
- For Ealing Council tenants and leaseholders:
- Band A = Registered limited companies or has advertised business online
- Band B = Registered charities and/or voluntary groups that receive funding; no discount applied
- Band D = Council tenant and leaseholder rate 10% discount included
- Band F = Private hirers for one off events 20% discount for council tenants and leaseholders included
- For non-Ealing Council tenants and leaseholders:
- Band C = Regular hires that receive no funding 4+ bookings across the week or month
- Band E = Private hirers for one off events
