Housing estate community centre charges
The table below outlines the charges and rates per hour of hire for our centres.
There is a minimum booking required of at least one hour. If you need a centre for an hour and a half, you will need to book it for two hours.
- Band A = Registered limited companies and/or has advertised business online.
- Band B = Registered charities and/or voluntary groups that receive funding. No discount applied.
- Band C = Regular hires that receive no funding 4+ bookings across the week or month.
- Band D = Council tenant and leaseholder rate 10% discount included.
- Band E = Private hirers: One off events.
- Band F = Private hirers: One off events 20% discount for council tenants and leaseholders included.
