Request to vary or revoke your licence
Variation
A request a licence variation should only be completed by the licence holder or a relevant person associated with the property to inform the council of any of the following changes made since the licence was issued:
- change to the contact details of the licence holder
- If the actual licence holder has changed, you will need to request a revocation of the existing licence and submit a new application form.
- change in managing agent or other party who is not the licence holder
- alterations or extensions to the property or changes to the available amenities
- change in the occupancy of the property
We will inform you if any changes listed within this form will result in a different licence type being required for the property.
Revocation
Use this form to cancel (revoke) a private rented property licence that is currently valid. You must submit evidence to support your application to confirm that you no longer require a licence.
This form should only be submitted by the licence holder or a relevant person associated with the property.
