Recommend a landlord incentive
We are also introducing 2 incentive schemes for existing landlords and council staff who recommend a new landlord.
Landlord incentive
If you are an existing landlord working with Ealing Council and you recommend a new landlord, you will get £250 if the new landlord is successful and signs up to either scheme.
Landlord incentive terms and conditions
Recommended landlord must sign up a resident for a 2 year tenancy or lease a property to the council for a minimum of 2 years. The referring landlord must be an existing landlord for Ealing Council, for a minimum of 6 months to make a recommendation. Payments will only be paid once contracts are signed and tenancy or lease starts.
Employee incentive
If a permanent employee of Ealing Council recommends a new landlord, the employee will receive £250 if the landlord is successful and signs up to either scheme.
Employee incentive terms and conditions
The recommended landlord must sign up a resident for a two year tenancy or lease a property to the council for a minimum of two years. The employee must be a permanent member of staff employed directly by the council and have successfully completed their probation period. Payments will only be paid once contracts are signed and tenancy starts.
