Have your say on arts and culture in Ealing

This consultation will be open from 27 June to 21 August 2022.

Introduction

Ealing Council is seeking your views and suggestions to inform the development of a new 'cultural manifesto' and the cultural renewal plans for the borough.

COVID-19 has had a devastating impact on culture and the creative and night-time industries. We now seek to achieve a step-change in the growth, resilience and sustainability of our creative economy and skills sectors. We are committed to promoting excellence and accessibility in our arts, culture and heritage offer and to make sure creativity contributes to our sense of place and identity.

Your views

To make sure that we hear from all groups of residents and communities, we will carry out comprehensive engagement and consultation, through a range of activities in the borough.

As a starting point, please give us your views through a short online survey. This survey will be open from 27 June to 21 August 2022. Your feedback will be used to shape the priorities in the new cultural manifesto and the renewal plans.

To reach a diverse range of youth and young people, we will also be launching three pilot 'youth collectives' in Acton, Greenford and Northolt. Further details of these activities will be provided on this page, once available.

We will also have a creative installation that will travel throughout the borough. It will act as an icebreaker and a conversation starter to hear from people that would otherwise not engage. Below are the upcoming dates and locations where you can find us:
