Application For the Grant of Approval as a Venue for Marriages in Pursuance of Section 26(1)(bb) of the Marriage Act 1949 and Civil Partnerships in Pursuance of Section 6(3A)(a) of the Civil Partnership Act 2004.
The Proper Officer for Registration of the London Borough of Ealing hereby gives notice that Mohammed Waqaas of Royal Nawaab Restaurant, The Old Hoover Building, Western Avenue, Perivale, UB6 8DW, building has applied for a grant of approval for the solemnization of civil marriage at the said premises pursuant to Section 26(1)(bb) of the Marriage Act 1949 as amended by the marriage Act 1994 and Civil Partnerships in pursuance of Section 6(3A)(a) of the Civil Partnership Act 2004.
The application may be inspected at the Register Office, Room 1:11 Perceval House, Ealing, London, W5 2HL between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday by appointment only.
Any person may give notice in writing of an objection to the grant of approval, with reasons for the objection to the grant of approval, within 21 days from the appearance of this public notice. Any such objections should be sent to the Proper Officer for the Registration - Room 1:11 Perceval House, Ealing, London, W5 2HL.
