Community Hubs

There are 7 Community Hubs offering vital information and advice to residents finding it difficult to access the support they need. 

  • Acton Library, Everyone Active, Acton Centre, W3 6NE
    • open Monday to Friday, 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm
  • Ealing Central Library, Ealing Broadway Shopping centre, W5 5JY
    • open Monday to Friday, 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm
  • Southall Library, The Dominion Centre, UB2 4BQ
    • open Monday, Wednesday to Friday, 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm
  • Northfields Community Library, Northfield Avenue, W5 4UA
    •  open Thursday 10am to 1pm and 1:30pm to 5pm
  • Northolt Library, Church Road, UB5 5AS 
    • open Tuesday, 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm
  • Perivale Community Library, Horsenden Lane South, UB6 7NT
    • open Tuesday, 9:30am to 1pm and 1:30pm to 5pm 
  • West Ealing Community Library, Melbourne Avenue, W13 9BT
    • open Wednesday 10am to 1pm and 1:30pm to 5pm

Ealing Central Library is the busiest hub and you may find you have to wait in a queue. The other hubs are much quieter. Customers can access the same level of service at all hubs so please visit the one closest to your home.

Other council offices

There is no customer service centre at Perceval House. If you have an appointment with us, it might be at a different place. Check your appointment confirmation for the correct location and time. If you have a question, please contact the person you are meeting.
