Ealing Family Information Service (FIS) gives information, advice and guidance for children, young people and families across the Ealing borough on the following areas:
- Ofsted registered childcare providers, eg nurseries, childminders, holiday schemes and more
- free early years childcare for two, three and four-year olds
- information on the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme
- information on parenting support - including parenting courses
- how to access services and support for families living with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND)
- how to access family support services
- how to access Early Help

We hold information on all Ofsted-registered childcare providers in Ealing borough. We also support existing childcare providers and people looking to register as childminders.

Local Offer
The FIS also manage the Ealing Local Offer website. This has information on support available to children and young people aged 0-25, with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
We also have a SEND officer in the team who can give advice to parents, carers, professionals and young people.
