Licences and street trading

We are responsible for a range of licences authorising people and businesses to carry out certain regulated activities, subject to rules and regulations.

Register of licences and registrations

Find out whether a premises or person holds a current licence with Ealing Council.

View the full list of Licensing Act 2003 premises licences issued before January 2015, which includes temporary event notices. This is made available under the government’s open data initiative.

Current premises licence applications

View all our premises licence applications that are currently under consultation and open to public representation for objections or support.

Any person wishing to submit a representation to an application must do so by writing to the licensing team at Ealing Council, Perceval House, 14/16 Uxbridge Road, Ealing W5 2HL or by emailing licensing@ealing.gov.uk on or before the last date for representations to be made.

Representations must include your full name and address and relate to one or more of the four licensing objectives which are:

  • the prevention of crime and disorder
  • public safety
  • the prevention of public nuisance
  • the protection of children from harm

Anonymous representations and those received after the consultation period will not be accepted.

It is an offence to knowingly, or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with a premises licence application, and the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
