Licences and street trading

We are responsible for a range of licenses authorising people and businesses to carry out certain regulated activities, usually subject to particular rules and regulations.

Register of licences and registrations

Find out whether a premises or person has a current licence, or an application is in progress and open to public representation for objections or support.

Applications are also advertised in the local press and a poster is displayed on the premises for a 28-day period. The Police, local residents and others can raise their concerns by writing to us within a 28-day consultation period.

Any person wishing to submit representations to an application must give notice in writing to the licensing team at Ealing Council, Perceval House, 14/16 Uxbridge Road, Ealing W5 2HL, giving in detail the grounds of objection by the last date for objections.

Licensing Act 2003 applications
