The EBAS (Ealing Borough Apprenticeship Scheme) Candidate Network is a free programme designed to support our residents aged 16-30 who are looking to progress into employment, apprenticeships, education or training. Through a combination of workshops, guidance and access to opportunities, we aim for participants to develop the confidence, skills and knowledge needed to take the next step in their careers.
Whether you are just starting out, looking for your first role, or not sure where to begin, the programme provides structured support to help you gain the skills to move forward and achieve your goals.
What you will gain
As a member of the EBAS Candidate Network, you will receive support to help you become opportunity-ready and progress towards your chosen career path. The programme combines practical workshops with ongoing guidance and access to opportunities.

Why join?

Through engagement with local businesses and access to opportunities, participants will be supported towards employment, an apprenticeship, education or training.
Who can join?
You may be eligible if you:
- are aged 16-30
- live in the borough
- are currently unemployed
- have sufficient English and maths skills to actively engage with employment, apprenticeship or training opportunities
- be committed to completing the 6-month programme
