Where can I go for help?

There are many services in Ealing providing help to families. GPs, health visitors, under-fives workers, and teachers can all provide you with information and guidance. But there are also services that have been set up specifically to provide people in Ealing with information, advice and guidance.

For parents or carers of any child aged 0-18 years (and up to 25 years old for young adults with a disability)the first places to go for information or advice is the family information service (run by Ealing Council). This service provides information about a very wide range of services.

Concerned about a child's safety or wellbeing?

Children's Integrated Response Service wants to make it easier for families to get help where it is needed.  The team is highly skilled in working with families and understand the issues children and young people may face.

If you are concerned about a child or young person's welfare or safety contact the service to discuss your worries and get advice on the way forward. Find out more.
