Ealing Council Leaseholders Association (ECLA) is a volunteer group that represents council leaseholders across the borough. It works with the council to improve leaseholder services. ECLA is managed by at least 10 volunteer leaseholders.
Forum 2025
Each year, new elections are held for chair, vice-chair, secretary, and treasurer.
The new group met in December 2024 and will meet monthly in 2025.
New ECLA administration:
- Marc Forde: chair
- Marcia Besson: vice-chair
- Laura O’Neill: secretary
- Jessica Akyaa: treasurer
In December, they discussed issues like service charges and repairs responsibilities. In the first quarter of 2025, ECLA will prioritise these issues and work with the council. They will also consider the latest leaseholder survey results.
ECLA and Ealing Council will organise the next leaseholder forum. This forum is held once or twice a year. It allows leaseholders to meet council officers and raise issues. ECLA will also present their work at the forum.
ECLA wants to understand leaseholder issues. They can't handle individual issues, but they can identify trends from emails and forum discussions.
If you want to raise issues, contact the committee at ecla.commitee2023@gmail.com
