Pest control services are available to qualifying Ealing Council owned properties only.
The service is not currently available to private properties.
The council no longer provides pest control services to individual council owned households, except for those classified as vulnerable. We understand that this change may cause some inconvenience, and we are committed to supporting our residents through this transition.
We will keep providing pest control treatments for communal areas in multi-occupancy buildings to maintain a safe and healthy living environment for all residents.
Vulnerable households
If you are in a vulnerable household, please contact your neighbourhood housing officer to discuss your eligibility for continued pest control services.
Appointments for pest control services can be made by contacting the pest control service on 0208 825 6644. We are open 9am to 5pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and 10am to 5pm on Wednesday.
