Rubbish and recycling are collected on alternate weeks.
We make household collections every week, Monday to Friday and we collect:
- recycling and household waste on alternate weeks
- food waste is every week
- garden waste is every 2 weeks (you need to register and pay for the garden waste service)
Residents who use communal bins or live in a flat above a shop will have weekly collections.
Before your collection
Put your rubbish and recycling at the front of your property by 7am on your collection day. Keep it within your property boundary, not on the pavement.
If you have bin bags or sacks instead of wheelie bins, put them out on the collection day, instead of the night before. This will stop animals splitting them open.
