Independent walking routes

Walking is simple and free. It is one of the easiest ways to get more active, lose weight and become healthier, in our borough.

It is a form of exercise, and a brisk walk can help you build stamina. Walking can burn excess calories and make your heart and mind, healthy.

You do not have to walk for hours, as a daily 10-minute brisk walk has many health benefits. Counting towards your 150 minutes of weekly exercise (NHS).
