If you are not happy with our response to your Freedom of Information (FOI) request please contact us to request an internal review. Internal reviews will be investigated by director of ICT, information data management and property services (CIO).

Please include the reference number of the FOI request and explain why you would like a review of our original response.
Requests for an internal review will be acknowledged within three working days. We will inform you of our decision within 20 working days of receiving your request. If the review is complex and needs more than 20 working days to investigate we will write to tell you this and let you know when we can respond fully.
If you are not satisfied with our response to your internal review, you have the right to appeal to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
