Rent statement and variation notice
We will send you a rent statement every three months; February, May, August, and November. Your rent statement shows:
- your weekly gross rent
- any housing benefit or Universal Credit payments
- your weekly net rent due
- the payments you have made since your last statement
- any other adjustments
- the balance on your account
You are now able to check your rent balance and view statements at any time using My Account
Before making any changes to your rent charges we will give you 28 days written notice which explains the new charges and the date it starts.
