Before you start

Complete this form if you want to deliver an event or activity between November 2023 and March 2024.   

You will need

Please note that each page of the form will time out after ten minutes, so be prepared before you begin to complete the form.

You will be asked which of the fund objectives your event will address and you will need to describe how your event will address the objectives:

  • encourage and increase community involvement on Ealing’s high streets and town centres
  • bring together the community and increase high street and town centre footfall levels
  • activate an under-used or vacant space
  • bring a new activity or offer to a High Street or Town Centre
  • bring together volunteers, including opportunities to learn new skills

If your event is supported by local businesses, you will need to provide contact details for at least three traders who support the proposal within the proposed event location area.

You will also need to:

  • describe how you will make sure your event is inclusive and accessible
  • estimate how many people will attend your event
  • explain who the event is aimed at and whether you will involve those with protected characteristics
  • provide cost estimates for:
    • staff
    • volunteers
    • equipment
    • promotion (for example printing costst)
    • any other expenses
  • provide details of additional funding that you may secure, such as:
    • other grant funding
    • fundraising
    • in-kind contributions
    • crowdfunding
    • any other funding
  • describe 3 key risks related to your event and how these will be reduced, including potential impact and likelihood (low, medium, high), and how they will be reduced
  • tell us about yourself and why this funding is important to you

Uploading supporting documents

You will be asked to upload a map showing where your activities will be taking place.

If you are not a new organisation, you will also need to upload:

  • 3 months of bank statements
  • a set of your latest audited accounts
  • your organisation's governing document or constitution, if applicable

Please note:

  • accepted file types: Word (docx), Acrobat (pdf), Excel (xlsx), Plain text (txt) 
  • zip files cannot be uploaded 
  • we also accept photos taken on phones and tablets and the following image file types - jpeg, gif, png  
  • there is a maximum individual file size per document of 50MB

What happens next

A panel will review and consider all proposals and we will get back to all applicants with details of the outcomes on or before Monday 15 April 2024.
