Employment and skills

We are working with a wide range of strategic and delivery partners, to develop joint approaches to skills and employment issues in the borough. We achieve this through project delivery,strategy and policy development, and developing opportunities at the council.

Ealing work and skills strategy
Ealing’s first work and skills strategy aims to develop a co-ordinated approach to addressing the skills and employment needs of the borough. It will achieve this through local partners working together to increase local employment and training opportunities, improving support available to job seekers on each step of their employment journey and tackling specific employment barriers.
