Ealing Council’s constitution: have your say

The proposed changes are an outcome of the ongoing review of the constitution, which is the responsibility of the council’s director of legal and democratic services to make recommendations for change as and when appropriate. Some of the changes have been prompted by the experience of operating the council during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The latest proposals are set out in the Constitution Change report.

If you would like to comment upon these change proposals, please submit your comments in writing as soon as possible but in any event by no later than Monday, 1 March 2021 by email to Helen Harris, director of legal and democratic services, harrish@ealing.gov.uk

The proposals for change will be submitted to the meeting of full council on Tuesday, 2 March 2021.  Significant comments received during the course of this consultation will be reported orally on the night of the meeting.
