EU settled status drop-in clinics now open for business

Key council services, voluntary groups and organisations will be on hand to give advice and support to businesses and those applying for or going through the settled or pre-settled status.  The council’s registrars service will also be attending to provide an identification verification service, for which there will be a small charge of £15.

Those attending include the council’s business services, regulatory service, safer community team plus Ealing CVS and Ealing Law Centre.  These sessions also provide an opportunity for those attending to feedback any concerns they may have in relation to community cohesion.

The drop-in clinic dates and locations are:

  • Wednesday 23 October, 5.30-7.30pm – Ealing Town Hall, New Broadway, Ealing W52BY
  • Monday 28 October, 2-4pm – Northolt Leisure Centre, Eastcote Lane North, Northolt UB5 4AB

Councillor Julian Bell, leader of Ealing Council said: “Ealing is home to people from all over the world who make a huge contribution to the community and this includes around 55,000 people from other countries in the European Union.

“I firmly believe that our diversity is one of the boroughs greatest strengths and would like to thank our EU citizens and businesses with a connection to Europe for everything you do and hope you will choose to stay and prosper in Ealing.”
