Council tax relief
If you are experiencing exceptional hardship you may be able to claim council tax reduction or/and a discretionary reduction in council tax .
Mortgages and rent
Mortgage lenders have agreed they will support customers that are experiencing issues with their finances as a result of COVID-19, including extra protections for those who are privately renting, including a complete ban on evictions.
The government has also issued COVID-19 guidance for landlords and tenants

- Healthy Homes Ealing offers Ealing residents free and impartial advice on managing fuel costs, including arrears and tariff switching, fuel vouchers for those on pre-payment meters who are struggling to top up, and Green Doctor consultations which include tips on managing seasonal weather, as well as referrals to our many energy efficiency grant programs to help make your home stay cool in summer and warm in winter.
