It is important we travel safely during the coronavirus pandemic.
Try to avoid public transport and instead walk or cycle, keeping to the social distancing two metre rule where possible.
If you must use public transport, avoid the busiest times between 5.45pm-8.15am and 4-5.30pm.
If you choose to drive, please make sure you drive safely within the speed limit and give cyclists and other road users a minimum of two metres when passing.
The government has encouraged people to exercise for their health, fitness and well-being.
