Free internet access

Available in all borough libraries to members and visiting non-members. Any non-members who wish to use the service need to register as a library member.

Children and young people under 16 can use the internet provided their guardian or parent has ticked the permission box on the membership application. Children under 11 can use the internet, but must be accompanied by an adult.

Sessions can be booked at the library, for up to one hour per day.

PIN number

You will need a PIN to access some online library services and the internet on library computers.

Usually your PIN is given to you when you join the library.  This should be kept securely as it also gives access to your own personal borrower record.

If you were not given your PIN when you joined the library, or if you have lost it, please come into any Ealing library with your library card and some ID.  You may be asked further security questions.
