How to make a referral
In order to access services under the Think Family Plus programme, eligible families in Ealing will need to meet the government criteria.
Referrals for services in Ealing can only be accepted from the following:
- Social services
- SAFE (Supportive Action for Families in Ealing)
- Schools or other education services
- Housing services
- Health services including CAMHS*, CMHT*, DAAT*and GPs.
*CAMHS - Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services
*CMHT - Community Mental Health Teams
*DAAT - Drug and Alcohol Action Team
If you are a family member in Ealing who is in need in one of the services under the Think Family Plus programme, and are currently experiencing the difficulties described by the government criteria, please speak to a professional who can make a referral on your behalf.
If you are a professional working with a family in Ealing, you can either make a referral using the Frameworki database system (if you use it) or by completing a referral form. On the form please advise your recommended service for the family.

Once your referral has been received
All referrals will need to be checked to ensure that the family meets the TFP criteria. If eligible, a member of the Think Family Plus team will contact you to progress your referral. You will be notified if the family is not eligible.
Please note that intensive interventions in Ealing will be decided by the intensive interventions panel which meets monthly.
