The strategy sets out the vision, priorities and objectives for further developing the childrens workforce in Ealing. It has been developed to add value to individual service and team plans, and partner organisations within the Children and Young People's Board are asked to incorporate the revised priorities and strategic objectives into their own strategies and plans.
By following the guidance within the strategy, managers and leaders will be able to identify workforce requirements as part of the service and team planning process. This will contribute toward a workforce plan that will inform us of how we are going to ensure we have the right people to deliver our services.
