The council only has access to plans of adopted highway and proposed road schemes from the highways database. Unadopted and private roads may return no results.
Land searches
Please contact the land charges service directly for an official search of the Register of Local Land Charges and answers to the accompanying CON29 form Enquiries of local authorities for land charge enquiries or proposed road schemes.
